Fiducia Commercial Solutions - Financial Projections

Fee DisclosureYou will find detailed below some detailed financial projections. These have been made on certain assumptions all of which are detailed below.

  • You complete one commercial lending deal per month at an average lend of £375,000.

  • There will be a minimum performance level of £45,000 Gross of introducer fees.

  • You will make up a certain amount of your business by referring into Fiducia Commercial Solutions sister company Fiducia Comprehensive Financial Planning Limited see page 25 for full details.

  • You charge your clients a 1.25% broker fee (for sub-prime, non-conforming or complex cases the broker fee will be 2.5%).

  • You pay introducers 0.5% of the commission you receive from a lender (this is just a guide you can pay them less if you wish).

  • On average you will receive 0.5% from the lender in commission. Some lenders pay up to 2% and an override commission for volumes of lending. You always receive the lender commission in full regardless of the percentage but Fiducia Commercial Solutions receive all override payments.

  • There is a 12% management fee which is taken monthly at a fixed cost of £450 + VAT it is reviewed quarterly and settled annually.

This example assumes that you have done a minimum of £4,500,000 in lending over a period of 12 months and that you have received a 0.5% commission from the lender that you placed the deal with.
